Trust Relationship Construction And Mediation On The Conflicts Among Interest Groups

Along with economical marketing reform gradually penetration and democratic progress,many interest groups in our society are generating ,growing and bringing into obvious play. The situation of various interest groups coexistence has gradually formed. At the same time, the conflicts and contradictions among various interest groups begin to present. Although these conflicts are non-antagonism, if they couldn't be solved timely and properly but become serious, these must constitute a threat to social stabilization, further affect China's integrated development and do harm to the construction of socialist-harmonious societyIn order to probe into the effective approach to mediating the conflicts among interest groups, the thesis chooses the conflict between consumer interest groups and seller interest groups as the point of penetration, taking the typical and realistic conflicts between estate management and house owner as an example.The research methods combine theory study with empirical study. The theories of trust, interest group and social movement along with the related theory of neo-institutional economics compose the theoretical framework of this thesis. The research adopts methods of case study and literature study to analyze the case. Through exploring the deep reasons in the concrete examples which cause the conflicts among various interest groups and how trust and institutions work in the process of mediating the conflicts, the thesis tries to provide some valuable suggestions to mediate these conflicts happening in the period of social transformation.Finally, the thesis reaches a conclusion: to build institutionalized trust could be an effective and valuable method not only to mediate the conflicts between estate management and house owners but also to mediate the conflicts among various interest groups now. Construction of trust relationship is the aim of conflict mediating and institution improvement is its guarantee. In the last part, the thesis provides some suggestions from two aspects to reduce the possibility of collective rights protection movement happening and avoid trustee breaking his promise. And then the author submits some relevant countermeasures.
