The teachers of the universities and colleges are the main powers of the schools,they are the transfers and creaters of the kowledge.The colleges and universities are the academic organisations,which are the place of creating and transferring kowledge.Only can the schools do have high quality and effective managements of teachers and have a high-level team of teachers,they could ensure the academic actives are on the rails.Nowdays,the focus of the management of teachers have two terms,one is the rules management,the othe is strict quantitative assessment,however,the soft management does not take full advantages,the trust is one important side of the soft management,the current status and function of trust in the organisations of universities have not been paid enough attentions.In the early stage of this study,we reference some studies about trust theory from other disciplines, including sociology,economic,management and other disciplines,and the theory about the mangement of teachers in universities.We carry on a empirical research about the current status of the trust of the 248 teachers in 12 schools by drwaning up and handing out the questionnaires.By analysing and comparing the three dimensions,which are institution-based trust,cognition-based trust,emotional trust,we can find the diffrences of the current status of teachers' trust in the universities among the gender,age,professional title,disciplines,types of universities and years of working.Firstly,the level of the trust of teachers to the management rules is low.Comparing with the cognition-based trust and emotional trust,the level of the institution-based trust of teachers in universities is lowest.Rules management and the trust of management are a couple of contradictory,the proper rules are good for trust,however,when there are so many rules that the improper rules would be harmful for the trust.So schools should take every factor into account when they establish rules to protect the trust between the teachers and schools,not destory the trust.Secondly,the level of the trust of young teachers to schools is low.Comparing with other age groups and levels of professional title,the current status of trust of teaches whose age are from 30 to 40 and the professional title is lecture to schools is not very good.The young teachers in universities and colleges are new force for academic team in schools,the degree of young teachers' academic productivity is related to the results of the intense competition in the future.As a result,schools should take some measures to develop the level of trust between young teachers and schools.Thirdly,the level of the sense of safety and belonging of teachers is low.The sense of safety and belonging to schools of teachers impacts the sense of identify and the trust between young teachers and schools.Schools should take some actions from every sides,and develop the degree of sense of belonging to schools of teachers,then strengthen the sense of trust between teachers and schools.Finally,the degree of female teachers' trust to schools is lower than male teachers.The differences of the degree of trust between gender reflects the phenomenon that the treatment of female teachers are worse than male teachers,it has affected the trust of female teachers to schools.Building the trust relation needs the efforts from both schools and female teachers in the universities and colleges.
