Research On Analysis On The Influencing Factors And Optimizing Ways Of Innovative Talents Cultivating Of Universities

To meet the urgent need of innovative talents in building China as an innovative country in the age of knowledge-based economy, this paper starts with the study of factors influencing the cultivating of our innovative talents with the relevant theries in education, management and science of personnel, and explores the main characters and growing and developing law of the innovative talents in combination with the basic talents—cultivating task of the current higher education. Meanwhile it gives a detailed analysis on the influencing factors of the innovative talents cultivating in Chinese reseaching—based universities and raises some optimizing solutions to the respective factors by making comparisons in the study at home and abroad.This paper makes some statement on the practical development of the present innovative talents cultivating in the world and some concepts related to it. The definition, and relationship between talents and innovative talents are discussed, and the main characters and types of innovative talents are expounded. What's more, it also gives demonstrations on the importances of innovative talents cultivating to the country, universities and students themselves.The real situations and influencing factors, including higher educational ideal, teaching process, teaching resources, teaching management system and the existing defects in the current universities'innovative talents cultivating are revealed.With close combination to the influencing factors and existing problems, several optimizing ways are put forward in this paper: for the higher educational ideal, modernistic views of talent, quality and teaching should be raised, that is to say, we should focus on the students'unique characteristic development to establish an innovative view of talents and a view of quailty that is integrative, harmonious and sustainable, besides, the view of teaching with the aim of innovative talents cultivating should be carried out. The ways of optimizing teaching process include the reformation of curricula system, innovation of teaching methods and means and improvement of teaching appraising system. The ways of optimizing the credit system, course-selective system and tutorial system are discussed in the teaching management system. All the theoretical ways are witnessed by the successful practical cases of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in recent years.
