The question of Qian has sparked a heated discussion,the academic world and the people have aquestion of cultivating innovative talents.With the intensification competition situation and our proposedstragetic goal of building an innovative country,innovative talents have become the key to enhancing thecountry’s core competitiveness,and how to cultivate innovative talents,how do innovative education hasbecome a topic of the whole society.This study based on the level of basic and higher education,analyzingbasic and higher education collaborative cultivating model,aiming at building our more reasonableInnovative Cultivating System with every effort.The thesis is composed of six parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which contains thebackground,meaning of the question,related concepts to define,train of thought,research methods andideas.The second chapter introduces the definition and significance of the concept of co-cultivatinginnovative talents.Sort the concepts of basic education,higher education,collaborative cultivation andinnovative talents.Analyze the need and the possibility of co-cultivating innovative talents and theimportance of urgency.The third chapter analyzes the status of co-cultivating innovative talents,points outChina’s basic and higher education stage in training objective,curriculum,teaching methods,evaluation ofeducation by co-cultivation of innovative talents status quo analysis and research,and reveal the influencingfactors and root causes of the problem behind.The fourth chapter is about Sino-US co-cultivatinginnovative talents for comparative analysis.Comparatively analyze three aspects of the Innovative TrainingSystem,the College Entrance Examination System and personalized education from the two countriesthrough the analysis of large amounts of data in order to find out the distinction between the two countriesin the cultivation of innovative talents from the conclusions of the analysis,and find the essence of China’sabsorption from the successful experience of the United States.The fifth chapter is about principles andmeasures for co-cultivating innovative talents in China.The last chapter cites the successful example ofco-cultivating innovative talents in order to bring more schools and universities to contribute to ourinnovative education.
