New Perspective Of The University Ideological And Political Education

All-round development of people is the core component of the Marxism. JIANG Ze-min's Speech Delivered for the Celebration of the 80 Anniversary of the Establishment of CCP points out that striving for overall development of the human beings is one of the important contents of the socialist construction. So, all-round development plays an important part in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and it is to Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory dialectical conformity and the innovation development. The research on the All-round development plays an important part in improving the socialist practice.University is the base to nurture socialist builders and successors developed, especially for the ideological and political education of college students. Ideological and political education in the university is the lifeline and central link in the talent cultivating system. Especially in 2004, the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued a notice, about strengthening and improving the ideological and political education for college students, and it can promote the development of Ideological and political education in the university.However some problems still exist in the development of the ideological and political education of college students, for example, the subjectivity of the university counselor is not earned fully esteem, the counselor team of college students has strong flowability and working enthusiasm is not to be high. The research on the combination of all-round development of people and the ideological and political education of college students is still deficient. In the existing researches, all-round development of people is limited to the education receivers and neglects the subjectivity of the ideological and political educators. Based on this situation, guiding on the all-round development of people theory and examining the present situation, the paper studies the theory to settle realistic problems.This paper uses literature method, and bases on the theory of ideological and political education of college students. It also studies the present state of the ideological and political education of college students, analyzes the causes and finds the countermeasures.
