Research On The Actuality And Development Countermeasure Of Wushu School In Jiangxi Province

Wushu is a kind of national and traditional sports item, which takes the Chinese traditional culture as the rationale and is characterized by both internal and external accomplishment. As reforming and opening up further in-depth of China, Wushu school appears rapid development momentum as one of society potency for running a school. From the growth of history, the current overall situation and development trend, Wushu school is development of the birth of a new thing in the social background of China's reform and opening-up policy and market economic system which adapt the objective needs of society. But in the course of Wushu school development, there are still many problems.In this thesis, Wushu schools of Jiangxi Province were investigated in the questionnaires. Then obtained data were analyzed by literature reviews, expert interviews, questionnaires, mathematical statistics. The research is to understand actuality and find out existing problems of Wushu schools in our province, then proposing targeted countermeasures for Wushu schools of our province, sponsoring the norms, providing a theoretical for the best use of the situation leading departments, standardize their management and formulating principles, policies and regulations, guiding the healthy development of Wushu schools in our province. At the same time, it has great theoretical and practical significance for improving the overall quality of Wushu talents and standardizing the management of society potency for running a school.The findings are listed as follows: (1) The Wushu schools in Jiangxi are in the period of transition from developing, enriching, summarizing to norm, advancing and searching after. There is a serious polarization between the scale and school quality; (2) The level of the school covers the kindergarten, the elementary school, the junior middle school, the high school, the specialized middle school as well as the characteristic class, at present the elementary education is the key point of Wushu school;3) The guiding ideology of Wushu schools in Jiangxi Province is "text-based, supplemented by force, the comprehensive implementation of quality education"; ( 4) "Totally closed-end; Boarding; Militarized management" is the mode of management that is commonly used in Wushu schools in Jiangxi Province.According to these problems, we need to improve the abilities of macroscopical management, pay more attention to the innovation of management system, change the role of schoolmaster and rebuild leader organization sodality; enhance the teaching management, improve the quality of education and social benefit; enhance the teachers' and coaches' ability of teaching; change the mode of running Wushu school and accelerate the industrialization of Wushu school.
