Study On The Situation And Countermeasure Of Jiangxi Province Wushu Sanda Reserve Talent Training

As everyone knows, Wushu Sanda is an important part of a manifestation ofagainst the martial arts of many attributes, Since the start of three pilot phase in1979to now, SanDa has gone through thirty years of arduous journey. Since Jiangxiprovince SanDa Team Construction in China has made good achievements, but ingames this contest is not zero breakthrough, has the very big relations training this andour province Wushu talents. The cultivation of reserve talents is a strategic problem incompetitive sports sustainable development in the long term, only the depth ofunderstanding and the importance of the construction of reserve forces, to make sportsprosperous.This paper surveys and interviews as the research object by athletes,coaches, referees, managers and experts from SanDa, Jiangxi province Wushu SanDa,at the same time, to analyze and study the existing problems, and puts forward somecorresponding countermeasures, providing both theoretical and practical basis for theJiangxi province Wushu talents in the training process, hoping to better enhance theJiangxi province Wushu SanDa Sports at the national level, to realize the NationalGames gold medal breakthrough.In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews,statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, for the youth of Jiangxiprovince Wushu SanDa championship in2012,survey research from the athletes,coaches, referees, training, management, in-depth understanding of the current statusof training reserve personnel,the following conclusion:The status of athletes: athlete culture of poor quality, solve the "not very goodlearning and training contradiction" problem, athlete outlet is narrow, resulting in adecrease in the number of reserve personnel, medical supervision is not perfect. Butathletes of Wushu SanDa this project more love, more training high. Athletes trainingmotivation is the most hope to enter the professional team to participate in thenational competition;The status of coaches: age structure is reasonable, has a richsporting experience, but the knowledge structure is not perfect, education is relativelylow, scientific research ability is weak, combining theory and practice of the lack ofscientific, overall salary treatment is low, to a certain extent, led to the enthusiasm isnot high. The position training system is not perfect, can not meet their business needsto enhance ability of coaches;The status of referees: the age structure is reasonable, accord with the younger, highly educated, has strong cultural literacy in the judgingprocess to achieve justice, fair, seriously every game. But national level ratio is low,for the new competition rules are not very skilled degree;The basic situation ofTraining:"learning and training contradiction" and experiential training materialrestricts the quality of talents to a large extent; coaches not long-term training plan,the macro guiding ideology of the lack of scientific evaluation system; imperfect,training intensity and amount of exercise can not monitor the athlete proportion; thetraining funds is the main source of government and school;In the Management: themanagement system and the evaluation system is not perfect, leading to lack ofenthusiasm of the coaches; the management of athletes with three concentration;government funding is not enough, the majority of schools and school SanDa Teamlack of funds.Based on the current status of the above training,this study put forward thefollowing countermeasures:Broaden the training channels, pay attention to cultural learning athletes ", findout the main problem of the contradiction between learning and training", improve thelearning method, to improve the enthusiasm of athletes to learn cultural knowledge,improve medical supervision and security for athletes;The coaches to improvebusiness level at the same time, by improving the knowledge structure to enhancetheir research ability, further strengthen the wages and improving job trainingopportunities; Improve the management departments attention for referees, tostrengthen the new rule of learning, increasing the number of judges training learning,by improving the cost, to enhance the enthusiasm of the referee;Strengthening thetheoretical level and scientific research ability, with the scientific view of eachtraining stage athletics ability evaluation criteria; do the scientific material, teachstudents in accordance with their aptitude, ready for the athletes; to increaseinvestment, improve the hardware facilities;Constantly improve the managementsystem, improve the degree of attention related departments to the martial arts,increase government investment; improving the evaluation system and equipped withmethod of coaches, enhance the enthusiasm of the coaches, and strengthen theirmanagement capacity and market development.
