In order to construct the physical culture of university campus, the following measures might be effective: beautifying the physical substance environment in the university campus, upgrading the physical substance level in the university campus, perfecting the physical bylaw in the university campus, strengthening the notion about healthy physical culture, reinforcing the education about honesty and faith for the undergraduates, energetically organizing some physical activities which are related to teaching, body building, technique competition, intellectual competition and drumbeating, inserting the value notion that physical education is some kind of culture and increasing its drumbeating.The research fruit in the paper will have referenced value when the current branches and some interrelated organizations which are in charge of the physical education and culture in universities make decisions about constructing physical culture in the university campus to accelerate the campus to be harmonious.
