| After 30 years of development,private colleges and universities have become an important part of China’s higher education,and play an extremely important role in China’s economic and social development.However,due to the inevitable transition from scale development to connotative development,whether private colleges can cultivate high-quality applied talents will determine the success or failure of their future development.While staying together with the students for morning and night,the college counselors will have an important impact on cultivating high-quality talents in the private universities.Therefore,it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of college counselors’ team in the private colleges and universities.In the initial stage of scale development of private universities,the emphasis of counselor team construction is often placed on a specific aspect,such as paying attention to enrollment ability,which is closely related to the reality of China’s social development in the development stage.However,after entering the transformation stage from the rule mode expansion to the connotative development stage,the importance of talent training in private universities will inevitably lead to the emphasis on the construction of professional faculty while emphasizing the construction of counselor team.To strengthen the professionalization and professionalization of counselors and establish an incentive mechanism to stabilize counselors is the core and focal point of the construction of counselors in private universities.This paper focuses on how to strengthen the construction of college counselors’ team in private colleges in the transformation period,mainly from the following six parts.The first part describes the research background,leads to the main problems and the significance of the research,the research methods,research content and research ideas for the overall description.The second part is to define the core concepts and to introduce the related theories.The third part discusses mainly the current situation of the construction of the private college counselors in our country and analyses the problems in its development.The fourth part regards the measures that the Jiangxi Technology University performed to strengthen the construction of counselors as a case study,and analyses how to strengthen the construction of college counselors in the transformation period.The fifth part expounds the countermeasures of strengthening the construction of college counselors’ team.The last part is the summary and prospect of this paper. |
