The origin of human culture is multifactor. On the river way of history, in a sense, a glary history of human civilization is the result of national traditional culture's development. Just because the existing and development of national traditional culture, the communication and amalgamation between different culture, culture shows colorized diversity in each of human historical periods. It is the basement of human civilization. China is a multinational country. It has fifty-five minority nationalities. Everyone does its contribution for Chinese traditional culture, at the same time, every nation has an old history and formed a special custom habit in traditional culture.The education passes on the culture. The basic function of education is cultural skill. Just through choosing, spreading and creating, achieve a bidirectional construction between cultures and human to promote their development, national education is no exception. In China, it is generally think that national education is teaching for minority students. Comparing with general education, the particularity is nationality. Every nation lives in a different natural physical conditions, all of their growing and existence style have own character, so does the created culture. Each nation, even large or small, holds essential features which belongs to him, and presents the diversity of national traditional culture. Since education is a part of culture, national education should put up the abundant diversity; also do the responsibility of cultural inheritance.Recently,the development of our national high school is counted on a daily basis with the direction to general education. Also there are many problems about national traditional culture in our school:curriculum structure is too simple;the main body of ethnic minority have poor cognition of own culture;public citizen get an unilateral understanding about national school, and so on, all of them may hinder the national school to develop in their characteristic. In Chinese minority traditional culture inheritance, this condition is not enough. So we should get a right view of minority traditional culture to realize the realistic significance for our social progress.This paper takes the example of Chinese national high school, analyses the current situation and reasons of minority traditional culture, and pays more attention to the way in solving and improving this actuality. Meanwhile, we should use the finer experience of foreign national high school for reference and put them in our education system to get fully utilization, in order to protect the national blood of our national high school. Keep encouraging, promoting and developing our minority traditional culture is our intention.
