As the increase of the economic, more and more new cities have been established, the laborbhood exchanged from the traditional agriculture to the industry. The style is different, but the population of agriculture settle down in the city is a common rule. So they hope that their children can leave in the city to have good education. Their children become the new immigrant in the city thereupon. In order to guarantee the children to accept compulsory education, the regional government looks for the countermeasure actively. Now it has made remarkable achievements. During the process of absorbing the new immigrant's children in the city (hereafter referred to as the immigrant's children) to go to school, some state-run schools composed mainly of immigrant's children have appeared.How to improve education quality of this kind of school and let more children really incorporate the city? During the process of enjoying school education, how to let the children's body and mind get overall healthy development, etc.? It has become the urgent and arduous realistic problem that state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children is facing. For this reason, a lot of schools regard moral education as the break-through point. The schools have launched practice and exploration of moral education innovation. The selected title of this thesis is produced under this kind of background.This text uses relevant methods such as literature, questionnaire, interview and case analysis, etc. to make large investigation, interview and analysis among author's own state-run immigrant's children school similar brother schools. On this basis, this text has performed thinking and exploration in following four respects:1. Analyze the origin of state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children. From a large number of investigations, it is found that the forming of state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children has three main reasons:a. Farmers' frenzied hunt for work in cities emerges. It is difficult for immigrant's children to go to school. It is extremely more difficult for those children to enjoy high quality education.b. School running system has reformed. It makes parents to select good school and the situation prevails more and more. Good resources of state-run school leave unused.c. State-run school absorb immigrant's children actively. Set up designated school -- namely state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children.2. After analysis of the deviation behavior from those students (from state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children) when they grow up. The following main issues exists: cutting school, thinking of no study, answering back to teacher, serious antagonistic psychology, unsociable and eccentric, difficult with gregarious, running away from home, gambling, smoking, fighting, entering internet business shop…3.Practice and exploration of moral education for state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children. Aiming at the deviation behavior showing during student's growing up, Moral education practice shall be explored in the following aspects: carry out"Human being"moral education based on psychological health, fostering the dignity and loving each other; Harmonious moral education relying on close to life and " whole participation "; life moral education based on observing discipline and education of sense of duty, etc.4.Further thinking and suggestion of the moral education for state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children.The research of several above-mentioned respects of this text is mainly based on state-run immigrant's children junior schools in Suzhou. Through analysis of practice and exploration of representative schools of Su zhou No.26 Middle School, trying to change the bad habits of immigrant's children, and try to train them to be good and useful people in the sociaty. On the basis of experience summary and rethinking, the author raises the elementary suggestion for future job development of state-run junior middle school composed mainly of immigrant's children. The author hopes that the text will be beneficial reference to other similar schools.
