A Study On Thanksgiving Education Of College Students

Thanksgiving is a good Chinese tradition and an embody of modern social cultural spirit, as well as an essential criterion of being a person. Thanksgiving education is an emotional education, moral education and life education, which is very important for improving college students'moral quality and harmony development of the whole society. However, some college students are not conscious of their got loving-kindness. They don't value it, seeing what they have got for granted. These phenomena have been paid attention to by all walks of the society.The author thinks aiming at college students'lack of thanksgiving consciousness, through thanksgiving education guide and helping college students increase their thanksgiving consciousness, do thanksgiving deeds, cultivate thanksgiving thoughts, which has vital realistic meaning both for the students themselves and the society.There are three parts in the thesis. The first part is mainly about the definition of thanksgiving education and college students'thanksgiving education. It states clearly the importance of thanksgiving education as a main content of college students'moral education in cultivating college students'positive and up-ward mind. So is it in improving college students'moral education of healthy minds and cooperation team spirit.The second part mainly discusses about the problems of modern college students'thanksgiving education and its causes. The author thinks it's because that there's not enough thanksgiving consciousness, malposition of thanksgiving education aim, vagueness content of thanksgiving education, old ways and a few methods thanksgiving education etc. It is analyzed mainly from negative effect of market economy, lack of real effect of school moral education, parents education concepts and way deviation, non-mature of college students'minds and weakness of self-discipline consciousness.The third part gives the realistic strategies for college students'thanksgiving education. Because of the problems mentioned above, we must form scientific thanksgiving education thoughts, construct thanksgiving education system, establish thanksgiving education principals, excavate thanksgiving education resources, set up campus thanksgiving education culture, found new thanksgiving education ways, widen thanksgiving education methods , give play to teachers example effect and make full use of family, school, and society .All these are to improve college students'thanksgiving consciousness, deepen college students'thanksgiving experiences, form college students'thanksgiving characters and to realize college students'full development.Based on former people's fruit of thanksgiving education studies, the author deeply analyzes the main problem of college students'lack of thanksgiving consciousness, tries to find effective ways for college students'thanksgiving education so as to promote college students'thanksgiving education's further development.
