With the development of production, science and technology, the application of statistics has infiltrated into every aspect of society. The existence of widespread random phenomenon and more requirements to deal with data have made it necessary for ordinary people to know statistics. It is a very useful science, which is widely used inmacroeconomic management; corporate profits analysis, survey of social problems, product quality control and so on.The Standards of Math Curriculum in High School was promulgated in April 2003, which marks the high school math curriculum reform has entered a practical stage. Probability and statistics will be a compulsory content in the new course. They have been into high school textbooks, nearly half a semester of learning content, which representing 30 percent of the entire content of the new high school math. To meet the demands of the new curriculum reform, the teachers in the first secondary schools should pass more knowledge to students and train the abilities of them. I have studied the math teaching statistical analysis and teaching strategies on the base of some literature. The statistics teaching in primary and secondary schools was not given enough attention and it started late, so we neglected the active participation of pupils and the training of their sense of innovation during teaching courses. Intend, we excessively pursued the closure of the programmed, problem-solving made and the only answer to each question. As to the content, we ignored randon phenomenon and uncertainties. There is still a gap between China and other foreign countries. In the paper I will analyze the teaching part of statistics on the secondary math curriculum and make some proposals after having studied the statistical content by using large numbers of specific issues arising in the course of curriculum reform in high school. Above all, the paper gives some practical ways in the implementation of the curriculum. The research methods mainly include the reference of literature, comparative analysis of law and law cases. The paper includes five parts. The first part contains the analysis of present situation and the theoretical and practical significance of research. The second is about the survey of the secondary mathematics statistical teaching. The third part is a specific research on the statistical content, which deals with several issues, such as unique statistical thinking, statistical thinking different learning methods and several other aspects of the study. The fourth part gives some suggestions on the new secondary school circulum reform and many other issues. First, I analyse how to rais the professional quality of teachers and change the teaching concepts. And then I deal with how to enable students to experience the whole process of statistical activities. In the actual process of teaching statistics highlighting the characteristics and the role of thinking and teaching through statistical cases is important. In classroom teaching, emphasizing the use of information technology is necessary. They are all key issues in the curriculum reform. The last part includes teaching designs for high school and instructional design fragments which are in the first chapter-random. It is in the compulsory sectionâ…¢of high school mathematics. The implementation on the reform of basic education and the new math curriculum standards put forward new requirements for the teaching concept. The implementation of the new curriculum standards and new materials can make teachers better understand teaching objectives and content. This paper provides many cases of teaching and detailed analysis. I believe that these cases and the analysis of them will have a good effect on the implementation of the new curriculum ideas.
