Content:As a technology and a tool, internet not only has a profound influence, but promotes the comprehensive change of ideas on ideological and political education of college students. In the network environment, the ideological and political education of college students is a new model, idea and trend.This paper focuses on the network's influence and new features of ideological and political education of college students in the network environment. Afterwards, this paper put forward some countermeasures.Firstly, I think opportunities and challenges co-exist to the ideological and political education of college students in the network environment.On one side, internet brings opportunities to ideological and political education of college students. 1), the information form internet provides a huge resource bank which greatly enrich the ideological and political education of college students. Information Sharing improves the spread and efficiency. 2), internet makes the ideological and political education of college students more vivid and interesting. Its immediacy and un-territorial limit widen comprehensive methods. 3), internet improves the level of socialization of college students and urges the students to care the world, society and themselves. 4), internet enhances the interactivity of the ideological and political education and is helpful to establish the relationship between universities and families.On the other side, the ideological and political education of college students is facing up the challenges due to the internet. 1), internet also has some negative effect. Some rotten culture are impulsing our outlook on world, life and value. 2), the interaction is unusually complicated in the internet world and brings new difficulties to educators.3), internet changes some college students'behavior. Network addiction does harm to psyche.Secondly, this paper generalizes some new features of the ideological and political education of college students in the network environment.1. The new features of educators, education objects and their relationships.The new features of educators are that status is more definite and elitist standard is higher. Education objects have a great change. Its subjectivity, diversification, individualization and dual character are distinct. Their relationships will be equal and interactive.2. The new features of educational aims and contents.The new features of educational aims include two parts: the harmony of universality and advanced nature, the coexistence of globalization and class nature.The new features of educational contents include the combination of all round properties and key point, nationality and globality, science and morality, political nature and historicity.3.
