The Construction Of Logistic Enterprise Culture In Colleges In China

Reform of college logistic socialization has brought about college logistic entities. The establishment of college logistic entity has promoted tertiary education. The construction of enterprise culture is becoming increasingly important for the sustainable, healthy and steady development of college logistic entities.This paper , based on the examination, analysis and rearrangement of literature, explains the connotation, features, function and basic principles of logistic enterprise culture construction. Based on the case study of logistic group enterprise culture construction of Nantong University, it discusses measures in construction of logistic enterprise culture in colleges in China.
