Nowadays, the primary performance has been gained in the aspect of economical reforming, and the society has entered into the development stage steadily as well as orderly. Based on such a big situation, the voice on the requirement of building civil society is louder and louder, nonetheless, there are numerous difficulties in this realm. On the other hand, the students in high-school would be the elites; however, the civil education received by these individuals could not keep pace with the progress of the society gradually. Though it seems that these two problems work independently, in fact, the relationship between such double aspects is really close.In this article, the origin and development of the situation and theories in the foreign countries would be introduced firstly; at this point, we compared the civil education and theories in china with the foreigners', detailed analyzing would be followed. The conclusion is in the terms of dilemma of the civil society came from the primary source which is lacking of humanism cultural environment in civil society structure (in other words, awareness of civil is uncompleted). However, civil education is civil movement that influenced every corners of the country; thus, no one would deny that it is a considerable and system project. In my view, because the civil education for the undergraduate students influences most parts, as well as has the highest efficiency, the breakthrough of the civil education problem should be aimed with the high-school students; then analyzing which kind of the core evaluation attitude and style of the civil education hold the ability to serve the purpose of establishing civil society. Based on the study of undergraduate students'civil education, the intention of this dissertation is that (1) analyzing the conventional civil education which is in carrier--main body manner, and (2) find out the disadvantages spring from traditional education system on the main body aspect, and (3) bring forward the direction of the reformation in the civil education domain, and (4) some embodied advice would be list on at the ending part.Finally, as a result, the civil quality service could enhance significantly; and the favorable cultural basement would establish for the civil society. At the same time, we could induce the value direction of high-school students'civil education by the cultural environment which is built on the civil society, bringing out the best in each other...
