Study On Community Development And Reasonable Prediction Of Community Population Scale

After the implementation of Reform and Open Policy,the economy has been made rapid progress. Yet, the further development of economy would face frustrations of many factors, such as society, resources, and environment and so on. And now it has been common knowledge to promote the advance of society through the development of community. A certain scale and quality of people is the previous of the borne and survival of the community. The sustainable development of population is the important part of the sustainable development, and the basic comment of strategy for the sustainable development. In the sustainable development system, the population takes up most important and irreplaceable role in the interaction of the society and economy activity.The scale of population is considered as an important control index of community planning. The rationality of the scale of population can affect not only development of economy and society, but also sustainable development of ecological environment. The paper discusses the reasonable prediction method of population scale in the development of community in city-society and systematic engineering discipline.The paper reviews the birth and content of community, then analyzes the relationship between community construction and city development. Considering the trend of community development at home and abroad, the author analyzes characteristics of community population. According to theories in the community development, the community development is the reflection and practice of the idea of sustainable development. After analyzing the relationship between the scale of population and 4 ingredients about sustainable development, the author brings forward the concept of habitability in community population on the basis of habitability idea.The author summarizes traditional prediction method in the population scale, and analyzes its application limits in the case of community, then introduces the multi-object decision method in systematic engineering. On the humankind-oriented idea, the author analyzes its demanding object and hindering factors in population scale in the development of community. On the on-spot investigation about the historic street in Qingshan District, Wuhan City, the author establishes the reasonable prediction model of population scale in the development of community population, taking one community as an example, and programs to solve it with the C++ Builder 6.0 method, then gives some suggestion on reasonable population scale.
