Aerobic Gymnastics belongs to the sports set of Difficulty and Beauty, which characteristics are difficult, novel, beautiful and stable, as is the main requirements of this sport.According to the changes of four rule and regulations of Aerobic Gymnastics, to pursuit of difficulty is not the focus any longer, however, improvement of the quality of the difficulty is the key in the futureThis study was supposed to explore the rules of difficulty of elite aerobics gymnasts by kinematical way and examine the regulation pattern of difficulty in order to offer a effective way to analyze technique of the movement, meanwhile, to set up a data pool of difficulty for three dimension computer simulation and imitation system that which will benefit creation of the sport and prevention of sport injury.Subjects: Three elite Aerobic GymnastsMethod: To select 4 classical difficulties, Wenson Push-up, L-support 2 turn, straddle jump to push-up and vertical split, then record the film of difficulties through Panasonic NV-GS320 camera and analyze the movement by SIMI-motion system.Conclusion: SIMI-motion system is a powerful analyzing way to explore the difficulty of aerobic gymnastics. The feature of parametric curve of difficulty: symmetry and overlap. The controlled explosive force, flexibility and balance is the basis of difficulty.
