With the increasingly fierce competition in the world competitive aerobics competition and the constant change of competitive aerobics competition rules,the combination of difficulty has gradually become a magic weapon for the athletes to win the competition.The combination forms are mainly divided into two kinds of C-A and C-C.The difficulty combination C225 and C103,namely "turn 360 degrees ksac jump to the straight jump 360 degree",is one of the more basic combinations in the jumping class combination,and has the role of connecting the link between the preceding and the next.By the study of the difficulty combination,it lays the foundation for the athletes to challenge the higher division of the difficulty combination and the difficulty combination three connection.In this paper,the Qualisys infrared light point high-speed motion capture system is used to collect the kinematic data of the difficult combination of the 6 National Aerobics athletes who are completed by the national athletes of the aerobics,C225 and C103,to obtain the kinematic parameters in the course of the completion of the movement,and to explore the correct technical characteristics of the difficulty combination of the C class,and provide the teaching and training for the difficult action.Reference resources?The conclusions are as follows:1.The average use of first take-off for male and female athletes was 0.435 s and 0.388 s respectively,which belonged to slow elongating contraction cycle.The athletes need to fully buffer the accumulating force and push up fast.The hip and knee joints are fully stretched from the ground,the torso is torsional positively,and the angle of the hip and hip torsion is increased and the speed of the body is raised.2.In the vacant stage,the rise and fall of the center of gravity is close.At the highest point in the vacant stage,the average angle of the hip joint of the female athletes is 42 degrees,and the movement completes the quality.The height and time of the male athletes are higher than that of the female athletes,which shows the strong explosive force of the lower limbs of the male athletes.3.The average use of second jump men and women in the connection stage was 0.227 s and 0.237 s respectively,which belonged to the fast elongating contraction cycle.The athletes had short and quick buffering,and the strength of the knee joint was dominated by the push and extension.4.The vacant time and the center of gravity of the athletes in the two vacant stage are smaller in the vertical direction,lower than the previous difficulty;the angle of the hip and knee joints is balanced at the moment of landing.The buffering time of the male and female athletes is 0.165 s,0.138 s,and the cushioning time is sufficient,which is beneficial to the improvement of the stability of the landing.5.In the connection stage,the change of the center of gravity,the angle of the hip and the knee,the angle of the hip and the hip twist and the total use are smaller than the take-off stage.The connection process is short and rapid,avoiding the longer buffer and stretching time,resulting in the decrease of the movement and the failure of the power transfer.
