| Aerobic gymnastics includes Dynamic strength Elements,Static strength Elements,Jumps and leaps Elements and Balance and flexibility Elements,which correspond to the Group: ABCD.Among them,the number of elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic)in the Group: C-Jumps and leaps is large and has elements value,the rate of selection is high.Because the selection of the elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic)in this group is related to the technical level and overall quality of the set of composition contents,it attracts the attention of coaches and athletes.1/1 Turn Atraddle Leap to Push up(referred to as “C308”)and 1/1 Turn Atraddle Jump to Push up(referred to as “C338”)make full use of use 3D of the space,which is highly artistry and enjoyable.Because of its strong sexuality,it is very popular in the aerobics set.C308 and C338 have similar scores,but when athletes choose different moves,there are differences in the completion of the two elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic).Therefore,how to better master the two take-off techniques;what are the similarities and differences between the two elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic)techniques;and how athletes choose the more elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic)that are more suitable for them are worth thinking about.In this study,interview methods,experimental methods,mathematical statistics,etc were used Qualisys motion capture system to collect kinematic parameters of five outstanding aerobic gymnastics athletes at different stages when completing two elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic)of C308 and C338,and to explore the technical specifications and standards of the movement completion;Based on the analysis of the similarities and differences in the technical characteristics of the two,it provides feasible suggestions for the daily training of coaches and athletes.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)In the take-off phase,the C308 uses the single-leg cushion to drive the trunk back and take off.The initial speed in the X-axis direction is 2.4m / s,and the trunk leans back about 8° at the moment of kicking off.C338 adopts two-leg cushion and shoulder-hip twist mode to take off.The knee joint cushion amplitude is between 70°and 100°.The shoulder-hip twist angle is 46° when kicking off.The difference between C308 and C338 take-off technology is that C308’s take-off time and initial velocity in the horizontal direction are faster than C338,and it is easy to vacate;C338lower limb joint cushioning amplitude and shoulder hip twist angle are greater than C308,which has more elastic potential energy reserve and is easy to turn.(2)In the vacant stage,C308 swings the leg to the left to drive the body to straddle jump.The left and right hip joint angles are 34.4° and 19.4° when turning to flexion.C338 increases the rotation speed through active shoulder and hip twist,the left and right hip joint angles are 26.9° and 25.4° when turning to straddle jump.The angle between the legs of the two straddle jump legs was greater than 90°,which met the requirements of the rules.C338 is 0.025 s shorter than C308 when it is vacated.It has a clear and smooth leg-splitting posture but it is more risky.The angle of C308 is20° more than that of C338 when straddle jump.(3)In the landing stage,C308 and C338 both complete the buffering process with the elbow joint as the main control,and the buffering range is between 99° and106°.The conscious upper and lower extremity joints’ stretch-reflex cooperation is the basis for ensuring the stability of the limbs when landing.C308 lower limb joint cushioning amplitude is smaller than C338,which results in an increase in upper limb cushioning load,and ti is not conducive to the development of linking elements(Difficulty and Acrobatic);C338 does the opposite.(4)The displacement of the center of gravity of C308 changes greatly before and after the take-off phase and in the left-right direction and the subsequent phases continue to tilt to the left and forward.A strong core control capability is a prerequisite to ensure its stability.During the take-off phase of C338,the vertical displacement of the center of gravity increases,and the turning process approaches the position of the vertical axis position.Increasing the height of the airspace is beneficial to improve the completion rate of the action.The displacement of the center of gravity of C308 and C338 differs greatly in the front-rear and left-right directions,and the controllability and accuracy of the movement completion is lower than that of C338.(5)Comprehensive analysis of the experimental data found that the C308’s take-off form and the Characteristics of a larger flying leg angle are more respected and loved by aerobic gymnastics athletes;C338 requires a larger take-off buffer and a later time to straddle jump,which requires higher athletes’ ability. |
