Research On Construction Of The Career Guidance Team Of College Students In China

With the change of China's economic structure, increased enrollment in universities and the newly established new employment mechanism, students'employment has been an increasingly serious problem. Vocational guidance to the students has been a very important task in many universities. But the development vocational guidance is slow in China, one of the important reasons being the deficiencies in colleges and universities contingent of vocational guidance. In urgent need of raising the level of vocational guidance, the study on building of the contingent of vocational guidance has a very important theoretical and practical significance.The vocational guidance in China began in the 1920s. It is the scientific matching process for social occupation institutions and all types of schools to provide advice and guidance in accordance with the social and personal conditions of job seekers and students by means of job evaluation, survey interviews, psychological testing and so on. It helps the job seekers and students to understand the social demands for talent, career structures and the policies and regulations on human recourses; get to know their career interests, culture right professional values and good professional ethics, thus to choose their own career independently. There are some problems existing in the vocational guidance in our country, such as starting late, low-level career guidance content, simple structure, lack of personality and continuity, etc. The effective solution is to strengthen the building of the contingent of vocational guidance, and to select and organize the vocational guidance staff in accordance with its main theoretical basis.Based on the relevant experience gained from the United States and Japan, this paper proposes the five reform inspiration: the change of the awareness of employment guidance, re-recognizing the vocational guidance, arousing all social forces, the integration of internal and external resources, and improving teachers'quality etc.Considering the reality of national conditions, the paper designs the school career guidance chart and allocates the staff from the university positioning point of view, at the same time, puts forward the methods and countermeasures of training professionals and part-time teachers, and calls for the attention and cooperation of the society.
