Study On Team Building Of Vocational Consultants Of Higher Vocational Colleges

Strengthening the team building of vocational consultants, that plays a crucial role inimproving the quality of vocational guidance in vocational colleges. It also has realisticmeaning in improving the connotation of colleges, promoting the sustainable of colleges andimproving the teaching quality of the higher vocational education. The reasonableconstruction of teaching body of vocational guide that guarantees the combination ofdenotative and connotative development on the vocational guidance of vocational colleges.During the process of data collection, we find that the research on this subject is few. Allthese current researches are not deep and systematic enough on the problems and causes. Also,the conclusions that they got are lack of gender. So, it makes this research necessary andimportant.The research takes literature method, interviewing method and questionnaire method onthe major research methods. On the base of data collection and theoretical analysis, I take10vocational colleges in Hebei province as research objects, sending questionnaires to somevocational guidance teachers, doing in-depth interviews with the leaders of the vocationalguidance in colleges, doing random interviews with several vocational guidance teachers.Through the surveys, I find the problems of the vocational guidance teaching body on suchaspects. The structure (age, education and profession background, intelligent, position,heterogeneous and so on) is not reasonable; the management (selection and appointment, theevaluation and assessment, training and improvement, the manager of teachers) is not perfect.The solutions to the problems need not only the supports of the government, but also theattention of the higher vocational colleges and the improvement on the quality of vocationalguidance teachers.By the process of collecting and analyzing the data, I summarize the problems and findtheir causes, then make the situation of the college development combination with the relatedtheories. At last, put forward some countermeasures.
