Teacher professional development is the trend of development of teacher education and the trend is also the hot issue in today's society. At present, China's professional development of teachers are facing two major challenges. First, the new curriculum reform issues. The implementation of the new curriculum for teachers arises to the challenges of the professional competency ; Second, the information technology development trend of the new time made a direct challenge to the professional skills of teachers. Therefore, in the new wave of a curriculum reform, how to rely on the current information technology education background, to further promote the professional development of teachers, has become an urgent problem. This paper will be based on the background of these two, trying to build for the professional development of teachers, and to E-Learning Portfolios for the core training of teachers in information technology platform, expanding the electronic file applications, and providing technical support professional development for teachers and research platform and provide a new path to the professional development for teachers .Portfolio Assessment (portfolios), the initial study stems from the practice abroad. It is also called "Portfolio Assessment" and "development copy" . E-Learning Portfolios is on the basis of expansion "Portfolio Assessment" and " development copy " on the basis of expansion. E-Learning Portfolios refers to the display of learners'progress in the learning process in their efforts in the information technology environment, by using computer and communication technology and management. E-Learning Portfolios is the learning process of the representative and relevant record collection. It can be a multi-purpose tool for employment, performance evaluation, life-long learning, professional development and useful learning outcomes.The author constructs the professional development for teachers in the E-Learning Portfolios training platform for the basic model and develops a model based on this platform, by the understanding of the status at home and abroad and the practical application, and under the premise of taking the literature research, conversation analysis, content analysis, the method of combining. Based on this platform, this paper made a conclusion on the how to promote knowledge of construction professional and the analysis of the development of the means .
