| After more than one hundred year's development, the Olympic Games have turned into a complicated and systematic program from a simple sports game. For Beijing and Beijing Orginazing Committee of Olympic Game, it's undoubtedly a great challenge to prepare and hold the world's biggest pageant of sports.The thesis is based on the financial management issues while Beijing Olympic is running, and researches on the capital management matters of Beijing Olympic, which can be regarded as a big programme, such as new market-leading investing and financing system, directing running capital management and monitor, risk management and so on.This disquisition is divided into seven chapters. The first part of this article gives a brief introduction of research bases and research method, and the frame work of this paper. The second part of this article is literature review. It listed several Olympic Games which include the Tokyo Olympics in 1964, the Seoul Olympics in 1988, the Bacelona Olympics in 1992, the Atlanda Olympics in 1996, the Syndey Olympics in 2000 and the Athens Olympics in 2004. The third part of this article states the pattern of the operation and administration of the Beijing Olympics in 2008, which included the stages, cases, description of customers, aims, basic business functions, basic administrative patterns and basic patterns of decision making. The following part of this article shows the strategic plan of the fund which includes budget plan, investment demand, and financing demand. It gives comprehensive description to the investment, construction of the arena and urban infrastructure. The fifth part of this article explains the implementation of the fund, which includes marketing, raising funds, fund management and examincation. The sixth part of this article explains the following risks: financial risks, budget risks, management risks, and gives several countermeasures. The last part of this article is the advices to China government and the conclusion.
