Research On Financial Disk Management Of QG College PPP Projert

The capital construction of QG college needs a lot of funds.If the traditional mode is adopted,the education department will bear heavy financial pressure.The introduction of social capital in PPP mode can not only increase the supply of high-quality higher engineering education,meet the public needs,but also relieve the pressure of government funds.How to effectively carry out financial risk management is a unique and important work of QG college project in PPP mode.On the basis of PPP theory and practice at home and abroad,and financial risk management theory,this paper applies rational economic man hypothesis theory,principal-agent theory,risk preference theory and risk management theory to financial risk management of QG college.It identifies many risks in the financial management of the project,especially financing risk,investment risk,cost overrun risk,inflation risk,income distribution risk,etc.Evaluate and monitor the profitability,payback period,debt repayment and other key financial indicators of QG college project with quantitative and qualitative analysis methods.Then it mainly uses the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate and rank the risks of QG college project,and confirms that the top four items are uncontrollable law change,Combined with the actual problems found in the evaluation and monitoring,this paper puts forward some countermeasures for the risk management of PPP project in QG College:Establishing the financial risk database of PPP project in colleges and universities,strengthening the professional management of financial risk;A number of risk management measures are put forward from the aspects of project establishment,construction,operation,supervision and performance,which can help the project to prevent financial risks and reduce financial losses.By studying the financial risk management of PPP project in QG college,this paper discusses the solutions,hoping that the project will succeed and achieve a win-win situation between the government,enterprises and the society,hoping to attract more social capital as a typical case to help higher vocational education in China.
