The research and concept on tacit knowledge teaching in the academic circle worldwide have developed for some time. However, Chinese education tends to place more attention on teaching explicit knowledge than tacit knowledge. Few concern is put on the research into the theoretical and practical significance of tacit knowledge teaching. The implementation of the new curriculum requires the change of our educational concept, the fostering of students' learning ability, the cultivation of their scientific thought, the integrity of their personality and morality, all of which are aimed at students' sustainable development. Due to the close link between the teacher and student's individual educational background and teaching efficiency, the curriculum reform makes it an excellent platform for the application of tacit knowledge theory to the chemistry teaching. In turn, the introduction and practice of tacit knowledge theory will certainly bring change in the educational concept, resulting in the full promotion of the new curriculum.This essay analyzes the features and problems of our senior high education from the point of view of tacit knowlegde teaching and does a fairly deep research into the influence on the new curriculum reform by the tacit knowlegde teaching. On the basis of using numerous classroom cases , my years of hands-on teaching experience in chemistry class , the essay focuses on the practicality of the teaching strategy with the aim of expanding our educational horizon and enriching our teaching concept, which eventually contributes to enhancing the efficiency of chemistry. teaching.
