In the context of knowledge-based economy,Knowledge is increasingly being the most important resource of promoting economic growth and social development. The quantity of knowledge expanding rapidly, The cycle of renewal of knowledge shorten greatly, Traditional management models can't adapt to the needs of social development. Knowledge management is considered a new way of thinking and management along with knowledge-based economy. Knowledge management has gradually become a research focus, With the deepening of knowledge management, And the tacit knowledge management has become the core of knowledge management.With the new round of curriculum reform based on depth,Schools and teachers are facing a great challenge. Teachers need professional development,. Teachers'tacit knowledge is the basis of Professional Development of Teachers, And which is the inexhaustible motive to force teachers'professional development. The abundance of teachers'tacit knowledge directly determines the level of professional standards of teachers. As a disseminator of knowledge, creators of knowledge and producers of knowledge, primary school teachers are entrusted with the responsibility of knowledge transfer and innovation. Current primary school teachers only rely on some inheritance knowledge and practical skills, It difficult to adapt to modern education, teaching and social development increasingly. With the development of time, teachers need the concept of lifelong learning, continuous learning and updating, improve the existing knowledge structure, improve the professional standards. Individuals need to manage tacit knowledge, to promote the value of knowledge.The research is based on the theories of enterprise knowledge management, Tacit Knowledge Management and Teacher Knowledge Management, Adopted the theory of knowledge management process ,which is widely recognized in the current management. The five dimensions are including knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing, knowledge application and knowledge innovation. Each dimension is including the contents of teachers'tacit knowledge: Metacognitive dimension of tacit knowledge, Values dimension of tacit knowledge, Emotional dimensions of tacit knowledge, Interpersonal dimension of tacit knowledge, Professional skills. Compiled "Primary school teachers'individual tacit knowledge management questionnaire". Including 50 titles, the rating scale method using Likert 5, Scores can be assessed by teachers can reflect management of personal tacit knowledge. Through the investigation of 200 teachers of several primary schools in the city of JiLin, The results showed that the status of primary school teachers individual tacit knowledge management. The current primary school teachers widespread lack of reflective competence, Lack of literacy education theory, Knowledge sharing among teachers will is not strong. And analysis the causes of problems. To awaken primary school teachers individual consciousness of constructing tacit knowledge.
