The knowledge of Wushu types are divided into two types: one is the use of text,graphic records be dictated by the knowledge,the other is a tacit knowledge need to teach,teach heart,tacit literature and interdisciplinary classical theory(philosophy,sociology,pedagogy,psychology,anthropology,etc.)a combination of research methods,to experience the feeling,oral history interviews,understanding and other forms of Wushu,analyzing the concept of tacit knowledge the nature,form,structure composition,cultural connotation,mechanism,education,significance practice method,a full range of extraction,reviewing and summarizing the knowledge of Wushu words exist,silent connotation,shaping mode and operation mechanism of tacit background.Study concluded that: 1,the Wushu the tacit knowledge is to carry the entity as the core technology of Wushu,Wushu to survival,development and evolution of the social and cultural background in Wushu technology content system and teaching process of teachers and students / mentoring,into personal observation,imitation,understanding,insight,intuition,experience,feeling.The mental model and not easily through language and text and images the way of tacit knowledge to practice,self reflection,put forward to the concept of development.In order to cultivate the consciousness of reflection,reflection of creation method,develop the habit of self reflection and promote cooperation to create reflection introspection way Wushu teachers' development of tacit knowledge;to form practical concepts,awakening practice consciousness and
