Study On Public Willingness To Pay For The Fitness Path In FuZhou City

Public health project is a great undertaking for generations to come,it shows the purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly and the high attention and care to the people's heath of our government,meanwhile,it has meet the peoples'demands,which is striving for a relativy comfortable life; provided a far-reaching influence to the construction of socialist material and spiritual civilization. As a primary component,Public fitness path has relieved the people's demands in large measure,and provided an important material conditions to the people's keeping fit.In the recent years,fitness path has been playing an important role,but it still has some shortcomings.Is the value directly proportional to the input?It is more important to determine the value of fitness path than develop and construct it only.The way of Payment Wish is adopted to study the will of payment for the fitness path of the resident of Fuzhou city in this article.First,on the basis of looking up the documents at home and abroad,the author interviewed the leaders of group branch of Fuzhou Sports Bureau and some citizens of Fuzhou. The second chapter of this article commentaried the current situations and problems of Fuzhou fitness path, the ways to determine the value of fitness path are introduced in the third chapter detailedly, including the rationale of the way of payment will, the designed questionnaire ,the deriving way of the will and the base programs.According to the result of researching, the author has analysed the factors which influenced the way of payment for the fitness path by Superman ,and used the way of Multivariant linearity return to build a model about the payment will for fitness path of resident of Fuzhou city. 11 variaties including income,sex and path would get into the Model.The result shows the people in Fuzhou city will pay 50 Yuan for the fitness path every year.The way of Payment Wish being used as the method of value determination for the fitness path is the innovative point of this article,that is,the new method of value determination is used to the area of Sport.On the basis of the researching, the author gave out some suggestions to help the relative decision-making branches to know the commands to the fitness path,and provided some basises to promote the situation of fitness path.At last,we can ensure that the value of fitness path will be brung into play maximally,and the government can give out relative regulations and systems according to the suggestions.
