Fuzhou Middle School PE Teacher Education Status And Development Strategy Research

As a new path to explore middle school PE teacher education, using literature, questionnaire survey, expert interviews, comprehensive analysis for teachers of Fuzhou middle school sports teacher education present situation investigation and interview some physical work management.The main research conclusions:(1) the age structure of Fuzhou city middle school teachers and more reasonable, in the main, youth groups; seniority structure hierarchy; record of formal schooling with bachelor degree, lack of high degree (Master degree, PhD) group of teachers; teachers’ comprehensive quality response of foreign language level, the computer application level, high grade the number of structure is not reasonable, must be improved.(2) the Fuzhou middle school PE teachers in-service education lack of innovation, curriculum practicability content is less, teacher education will, training satisfaction is high, the funds mainly has:at their own expense, fees, and fees at their own expense, the combination of the three forms; but the guarantee mechanism of teacher education is not perfect:Welfare in treatment, education object, time is not as clearly defined.(3) the current vocational education problems:the policy is not clear, lack of power; content lag, cross, funds are not unified, the mechanism is not perfect; the system is not clear.(4) the main factors restricting the development of education in Fuzhou city middle school sports teachers are:imperfect system; ideological problems; problems of educational opportunities.(5) This study try to carry out the middle school physical education teachers to construct a new path after the education, the education of "three stage model" put forward the middle school sports teacher, model focus on the stage,"culture","growth" and "learning cycle"...
