| As China's basic education curriculum reforms are developing,more and more primary schools have been offering English courses.The Ministry of Education requests from primary schools to offer English courses from junior.Naturally English teachers in primary schools have also got increasing concerns.Another new round of curriculum reforms Advocate the reform of English teaching.Educators should explore the law of education.Teachers have the most direct impact on educational activities.Teachers should not only be the determined performers of the educational activities,but also be a loyal supporter of educational reform.However teachers may also hinder the activity of education,or firmly reject educational reform.Classroom teaching is the main components of educational activity,and classroom is also an important part of professional life of teachers in which the qualities of teachers in a variety of livelihood mainly display.Only on the basis of the investigation and analysis of the present situation of primary school English teachers,the researcher could find the factual basis for the study and theoretical premise.According to the above-mentioned research background,this research selects four English teachers from D and H primary schools as the representatives of the study and mainly adopts Qualitative research,Documentary Analysis,interviewing method and examining material objects of teachers and pupils in order to have a closer study.Main contents of this paper are as following:the first part is the preface which introduces the object of study,research background,research purposes,research methods,research ideas and research value.The second part is the basic theoretical research and relevant studies in this field both home and abroad including research progress of the study and the reflection process of the researcher.The third part depicts the speech acts of primary school English teachers.The researcher focuses on how English teachers organize class activities,how English teachers teach and how English teachers express their emotions.The fourth part comes to a conclusion that the teacher cultures present characteristics of the authority and with the conclusions of the spirit of equality and freedom.The fifth part proposes the effective ways to improve the speech acts of primary school English teachers.The last part points out its inadequacy and the direction for further research. |
