Study On The Model Of Village Urbanization Community Education's Innovation

To develop life-long education and all-people education and establish a study society is the development of international society education in 21^st,and is the direction for our nation's educational reform and development as well.As the important parts of life-long education and all-people education,how the community education carries out has a direct impact on building and developing the community as well as improving its member's quality,which will consequently affect the stability of community and society and the further development and innovation of politics and economic and culture system reform.Under the life-long education and all-people education background,the dissertation takes the village urbanization communication educational model as the subject,and analyses community education will be the important way of continue education.Because the important role of community in New-citizen's new life,behavior method and thought way,we should enhance the development of community.Due to the especially develop,the author takes YuBei area as the subject,and put forward four main factors as the influent reasons,which is motivity origin, resources collocation,policy sustainion and manage system.According the field survey and visiting, the author finds the village urbanization community education's condition and the model's characteristics and advantages and disadvantages.Through the abroad and domestic relative experience,the dissertation advances the ideal models and some useful strategies.However,these innovations which have a long way for urban community education are just fit for village urbanization community education.Because of the subjects' localization,the paper hasn't analyze the whole YuBei area,so these strategies are coarse and lack of pertinences,which should continue study in future.
