The Research On The Community Governance Model Of "Urban Village" In The Course Of Urbanization

The community governance of "urban village" is one of the most important missionthat the China government administration of modern city faces, which is one of researchareas in public administration. This paper uses it for reference that public governancetheory, from administrative and sociological perspective, and analyses the problem of"urban village" in our country in the course of urbanization. Based on practice ofcommunity governance of "urban village" and the actual state of affairs of "urbanvillages" in the process of urbanization, a case study of "village within city" in Quanzhou,the paper researches on some main practical problems and its causes in the course ofgovernance of "village within city". After that, the author tries to find out the communitygovernance model of "urban village" in government leading in Quanzhou and the factorsin the actualization of this ideal model. In the auther's opinion,the good governance of"village within city" and its actualization must be a gradually perennial process, so ourcountry is still in government leading in the course of other organizations of governancegrowing, which is most important in community governance of "urban village" inQuanzhou.At present, we should adhere to the government leadership, communityresidents' participation in public administration widely, strengthening legal governanceand expanding democracy. The government function changes should be carried out andthe conception of the community governance and administration should be established soas to accelerate system of community governance and system of administrationinnovation, and found the good environment of system in community so that a stable,orderly, safe, civilized, comfortable and harmonious community which is a goodenvironment and where people live and work in peace and contentment would beestablished.
