Economic globalization and improvement social development bring new opportunities and challenges.How to build a high-quality teachers' team becomes a very common problem in higher vocational colleges.In order to realize sustained development of higher vocational college,teachers' incentive is very necessary.It can improve teachers' efficiency,enhance the competition of higher vocational colleges and strengthen construction on teachers' team.I've been working in higher vocational college for several years,so I think research on teachers' incentive Management in higher vocational college is very meaningful It can not only enrich incentive theory but also provide reference to teachers' incentive Management in other colleges.This thesis starts with definition of need and incentive,and the theoretical basis is incentive theories at home and abroad.According to teachers' labor character, demand level,need for incentive in higher vocational college,this thesis makes practical research on teachers' demand in Guangzhou Civil Aviation College and analyzes the demand differences and relations of teachers with different sex,age, record of schooling,degree,certificate and yearly income.Through these analysis,incentive theory and research outcomes,this thesis put forward how to perfect teachers' Motivation management model and countermeasures in Guangzhou Civil Aviation College.
