Higher vocational and technical education in our country has a long history, but its development is extremely slow. With its economic grow-up, higher vocational and technical education has played a primary role. It not only promote Singapore's modernizations but also accumulate experience in running schools which fit their own national characteristics. Meanwhile, its successful experience is of great significance to the improvement of China's higher vocational and technical education.By comparing higher vocational and technical education between China and Singapore, the thesis makes a comparative analysis from every perspective with the purpose to find out the differences and similar points.
