Research On The Personnel Traning Model Of Singapore Nanyang Polytechnic

With the continuous development of society, science and technology, the national industrial technology level has been further improved. Therefore, the requirement for technical pragmatic talents is also gradually increasing. However, at present, the professional education level in our country is still at development stage and the technical talents output from various universities and colleges cannot reach the practical work post demand, with poor practical ability of graduates after entering enterprises. And a lot of professional knowledge needs to be studied again. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to improve the quality of higher vocational education. And personnel training mode is the bridge of education process and education results. So, it is important to build a good mode of higher vocational college talent cultivation.There are many things in common in terms of China’s and Singapore’s social background and cultural concept. The higher vocational education is very developed in this country. This paper aims at providing some theoretical content for the higher vocational education field in China based on the actual conditions in our country and putting forward a reform plan based on a further study of the personnel training mode of Nanyang Polytechnic(NYP)——the representative college in the fields of higher vocational education in Singapore, through absorbing the essence, such as "teaching factory" model, unbounded campus management, the constructions of double-quality teacher teaching body, campus resource sharing platform and other talents cultivation measures.
