Rural education problems are always the hot spot issues of the academic community's research.Especially the current conditions of building a New Socialist Countryside has become the most important thing among the socialist modernization drive of China.Also, Reviving the rural education has been upgraded to unprecedented level.The key point of vigorous developing of the rural educational cause and improving the rural educational quality is the teaching crew which are liberal quantity,high-quality and full of energetic.But at present,the total quality of our country's rural educational teaching crew are allow of no optimist,career of being a rural educational teacher is quite lack of attraction,rural teachers are drained away very seriously,prominent teachers are really hard to be hiring, rural educational teachers leave no successors. of course there are lots of reasons to form the current situation,the most sharp one is the quite lower remuneration of labour.thus, set a reasonable standard to the rural educational teachers' remuneration of labour has been a problem demanding prompt solution by academic community and the emphasis of rural education research at the same time.This thesis studies rural teachers' remuneration of labour. Using the method of narrative inquiry,from 'bottom to top'penetrate deeply to rural teacher's living,listening to the sound of them,presenting exactly details of the genuine condition of their remuneration of labour.based on these materials,deploying the problem analysis of rural teachers' remuneration of labour so as to excavate the origin of the problem,put forward the solution to it.In the hope of improving the quite lower rural teachers' remuneration of labour,the discrepancy between the payback and the effort and the differential condition between urban and rural.This thesis has five chapters.Chapter 1:Introduction.this chapter is the logical start point,overall design and the basic support.Including three parts of contents.First,introduce the the problem sources,purpose and meaning,method and route,literature conditions,systematic framework ETC;Second,illuminate this thesis' theoretical principle which are teachers' labour compensatory theory,theory of distribution according to work and theory of human capital.studies the effect of these theories to the meaning of the research;Finally,introduce the narrative inquiry main process from objects choosing to forming the research context.Chapter 2:Narrative inquiry. this thesis record three rural teachers'(?)materials, they respectively represent village primary school teacher,village substitute teacher,county teacher.in hope of finding out the exactly details of the genuine condition of their remuneration of labour and the remuneration's effection to their career and daily life even their truly hope of improving the remuneration.This chapter is also the core of this thesis.Chapter 3:Sort through.According to sort through the interview recording scripts and research documents,summarize the present condition of rural teachers' remuneration of labour;based on the comparison of teachers' remuneration of labour among the urban and the rural in same area and trans-area summarize the discrepancy of the remuneration of labour and reason to occur this.Analysis the influence situation of rural teacher career by remuneration of labour and the expectation of proper remuneration.Chapter 4:Analysis.This chapter is the extention and expansion of chapter 3.Based on the content of chapter 2 and 3 summarize the outstanding problem of rural teachers' remuneration of labour and deeply excavate the source of the problem.Making adequate preparation for putting forward the reasonable and feasible solutions.Chapter 5:Conclusion.This chapter is solving problem part of this thesis.It countered the sharp problem of rural teachers' remuneration of labour,putting forward pointed,feasible proposal and solutions.This thesis based on Narrative inquiry and case analysis to analyze the inner structure of teachers' remuneration of labour, enrich the research contents of educational economics,fulfill academic valuable. Meanwhile, the research's result helps a lot in practical to set reasonable standard of rural teachers' remuneration of labour.
