After more than 20 years of development, private universities have become a new force in China's social education. However, the existing remuneration system in private universities exist many problems constraining their development. Only to establish competitive remuneration system, private universities could cultivate and retain outstanding teachers to enhance teaching and management level, and strengthen their core competence,winning in the fierce competition, so as to achieve sustainable development.According to the long-term strategic objectives and the development of human resources planning of the Guangzhou College of NH, the paper uses the advanced remuneration management concept and the core technology, and references the advanced remuneration management experience, attempt to put forward a broadband remuneration mode fitting NH CollegeIn methods, the paper adopts Literature Review, learn from experience and theoretical deductions and the Countermeasures proposed as technology path, study in the four levels of "Theory and the Experience - Analysis of the Status - Construction of the Remuneration Structure - Suggestions for Improvement and Enlightenment".The main conclusions reaches are: Broadband remuneration model is an advanced one, is one of the effective methods to solve our traditional remuneration problems and the rational use of talents, and is also an effective tool to promote the remuneration reform of China's private universities. In designing broadband remuneration, Private colleges and universities should reflect the personality characteristics, and take the overall organizational strategy and core values as the foundation. What's more, new remuneration should be pushed in a scientifical and rational way.
