Constructing a steady and excellent teacher team is very important to develop education harmoniously in rural area. At present, there is a crucial problem in the process of education developing in rural area in our country. The problem is that many middle school teachers’turnover intention is so intense, which is harmful to the education developing. Facing this problem, why do the turnover intention come and what are the factors that affected the turnover behavior? In this study theses are the major problem.This study adoped the method of case study. According to the producing process of a rural middle school teacher’turnover tention, the article analysed in-depth and presented the producing process of this teacher’turnover intention using the narration mode. Then through the analysing of the factors that influenced her turnover intention, some feasible suggestions were given to relieve turnover intention of middle school teachers in rural places. From the experience of teacher Huanhuan, there are stage characters in the produce process of teachers’turnover intention:1. dissatisfaction with their jobs;2.burned out with their jobs;3.compare between leaving and working;4.looking for a new job. According to analyses the produce process of teacher Huanhuan’turnover intention, we can see the third stage is is the key that firmed her turnover intention, so this article emphasily analysed the factors in this stage. The factors that urging teacher Huanhuan’turnover intention are:not content to engage in teacher’s professional, shabby status, bitter work, inconvenient life in rural area, not optimistic foreground on professional development. The factors that urging her enduring are:family’s resistance, having fun in teacher’s professional and severe employment situation. On the reaserch of Geng teacher who is a firm rural education worker, this paper discussed the problem of teacher’turnover tention and the adverse effects.On the basis of study analyzing, the study put some suggestions:improve the system of teachers’professional education, help teachers establish firmly education belief; improve material incentive policy for rural teachers, increase their economic status and social status; complete the system of teaches’ professional development, strengthen continuing education of teachers in rural school; speed up the building of new countryside, improving teachers’ work atmosphere; set up regular mechanism of teachers drift.
