Conflict is a complex and common phenomenon.It exists in anywhere and there is no exception to the university.University teachers are a specific group.It is well known that the conflict between the teacher individual internal,the conflict between the teacher and teacher,the conflict between the teacher and the student,the conflict between teacher and administrative personnel are obvious.This is an inevitable problem for both university mangers and teachers.The university teachers' conflict question and the management level affect the harmonious development of the university and the teachers' work achievements directly. Solving the conflicts correctly can be beneficial to the development of university,and the improvement of the teaching level.It can also contribute to constructing school management psychology,stimulating teachers' work enthusiasm and developing harmonious teacher-student relationship.According to the conflict theory,the communication theory and the theory of a harmonious socialist society,the paper analyses the present situation,the origin and the influence of the university teachers' conflict,including the conflict between the teacher individual internal the conflict between the teacher and teacher,the conflict between the teacher and the student the conflict between teacher and administrative personnel,then analyses the present situation and the existence question of conflict management to the university teachers,in view of the present situation and the existence question of conflict management,drawing advanced experiences from American university,elaborates the conflict management strategy of the university teachers.Finally,taking Dalian University of Technology as an example,the paper analyses the present situation of conflict management to teachers by questionnaires,and makes a further dissertation of it.The innovative points are that this paper creatively advances college managers should pay attention to the existence of conflict aftermath and correct analyze the negative influence of conflict aftermath.
