Content: With the continuous deepening of Education Reform, the traditional role of teachers began shaken. In active and passive way, teachers'role became diversified. The concern and research for teachers'role have never been stopped, but most of them started from the Macro-Sociology to research the teachers'necessary role. For defects, based on collecting amount of domestic and foreign scholars'researching, from the field of Micro-Sociology of Education, the author use the theory of role's frame and the theory of role'process, developed the concept of teachers'role sets. According to the Definition of the Situation and the Conversion of Language Style, analysis teachers'speech features in different situations, segment the classroom teaching into three parts: the ceremony of classroom teaching, the teaching of course knowledge and the expression of emotional language. Adopted the qualitative research in a primary school of Dalian, it mainly presented as an"observer-as-participant"in six classes, six of the cooperators are Chinese teachers through classroom observation and personal interview. Analysis the teacher's role in different situations performs the different speech act. And try to bring to light the teachers'being in classroom, and the affection brought to the teaching. Finally, thinking deeply about the factors that impact primary school teachers play role sets. Help primary school teachers implement playing classroom role set effectively.
