The dialog theory thinks that the dialog which occurs in the equality,and has an independent consciousness main body, is an interactive exchange between the main body. Both sides in the dialog are accepting mutually in the process in which they listens attentively and realize the spiritual meet. The dialog theory utilizes in the teaching, then refers to the teachers and students or lives between in the equal exchange foundation, achieves the spirit to blend, the thought collision, the emotion exchange, thus enables the student to have own unique discovery, forms their own unique thought and the spoken language turn of expression, and at last develops the unique individuality.The dialog teaching's research, has provided one kind of new mentality for the thesis educational reform practice, but any so-called dialog can by no means achieve the anticipated effect. This article profits from the dialog teaching theory, carefully examines questions that in the high school dialog thesis teaching the practice and the theory deviate, analyzes these questions, the characteristic and the reason, and then proposed that the corresponding dialog teaching strategy. In this way I try hard to make my contribution for the high school dialog thesis teaching practice.This article includes 3 parts:Part 1: The connotation of the dialog thesis teaching. First, it is the background of how"the high school dialog thesis teaching"produces, next , it elaborates the dialog thesis teaching concrete connotation from four aspects: 1st, the dialog thesis teaching realizes"shows the thesis the creative characteristic with my own pen", 2nd, the dialog thesis teaching changes"the proposition - - writing"to"the communication - - cooperation"; 3rd, the dialog thesis teaching even more shows the creative characteristic of the thesis; 4th, the dialog thesis teaching causes the thesis,and the person to unify truly.Part 2: The questions existence in the high school dialog thesis teaching . First , it has analyzed the manifestationof the question,which displays in four aspects: In the flaw dialog main body , express respectively from the words, the invalidation of the dialog content and the the distortion of the dialog sentiment. Next, it has analyzed the reason why the question produces, and mainly made the analysis from the operation part .Part 3: High school dialog thesis teaching implementation optimized strategy. First , it has analyzed the influence of dialog thesis teaching implementation in three aspect: Teaching environmental factor, dialog main body factor and teaching practice factor. Next, it has proposed the means to improve high school dialog thesis teaching. And, the high school dialog thesis teaching's implementation were mainly done from two main aspects : 1st, the teacher must change the education idea earnestly, including the transformation of the knowledge view, transforms the student view, the transformation teaching view; 2nd, the construction must suit the dialog teaching environment: first, we need to process three kind of relational - - preinstalls and the production relations, independent and the cooperation relations, polytropism and the regulated relations;second ,we must choose the topic to suit the dialog thesis;third, we need to listen attentively, realize the importance of the multiple dialogs. In this way I hope I can provide the solutionto the existence question through this part to the current dialog thesis teaching and provides the concrete help.
