The Study On The Feasibility Of Beijing Sports University Establishing The High-Level Women Football Team

Chinese women football team has made great achievements in the world arena. However,with the women sport flourish in the world,Chinese women football team has increasingly come under challenge the dominant position,results declined.The low level of social and the lack of reserve impact the development of women football.Chinese Football Association discussing with the Ministry of Education to re-establish the reserve forces training in the soccer competition,universal and school football.Let football returned to a primary school,a secondary school and university, to be the major of school sports projects.Beijing Sports University is a key national university sports and an important base of Sports and Education,it plays a pivotal role.Sports institutions play a role in promoting the development of women football movement,to form various forms and channels.It should contribute a force for the development of the women football movement.The study of this thesis is the necessity,feasibility,factors,objective of Beijing sports university,by using the method of documentation,survey,mathematical statistics and research methods.Through investigation and analysis,the main findings are as following:According to the low level of women football community,the lack of reserve persounel,the development trend of international sports movement and the women football team's development of colleges and universities,it is necessary for Beijing Sports University to set up the high—level Women Football TeamThrough the combined base Beijing Sports University has established a set of scientific teaching,training and research system,it is to lay a sound foundation for the institutions of athletics.It is feasible to form a high—level women football team.Forming the high—level women team involves various factors,including the source of players,the management of sports team,coaches buildings,security conditions,teaching and training,etc.Employment difficulties,lack of funding and institutional issues will affect the high-level women's football team to set up in the Beijing Sports University.The high-level sports team will develop along the right and orderly way only by raising funds to solve funding problems,enlarging the scope widened enrollment and widening the channel for college students in elite athletes.
