Functional motion screening(FMS)originated in the field of rehabilitation training.With the continuous development of the interdisciplinary integration of the practice field and the continuous development of its theoretical foundation,it has gradually shown great value in fitness,athletic training and sports rehabilitation.FMS,as a basic sports quality evaluation system and a means to detect potential sports injuries,is increasingly accepted and valued by athletes and coaches in competitive sports in China.However,FMS testing is still controversial in many places.The introduction of a new test method,we must fully understand what its essence is,take its essence,remove its dross,and apply and test it in the field of practice,especially some with a strong mass base and a wide range of people.Practical application,by expanding the scope of conclusions and recommendations to truly test its core value.The members of the Sunshine Team of colleges and universities are all from other non-sports majors.They are one of the important disseminators of Sunshine Sports in colleges and universities,and they are usually under great pressure to study.There will undoubtedly be sports injuries during the Sunshine team training competition Their learning time and learning efficiency have a certain impact,and even affect their enthusiasm for participating in sun sports.Therefore,the prediction or intervention of sports injuries seems extremely necessary.The purpose of this study is to determine whether FMS test scores can predict sports injuries in sunny college basketball players in Shanghai.Through research methods such as literature data method,test method,mathematical statistics method,interview method,etc.,the conclusion is drawn:(1)The individual scores of shoulder flexibility(2.38 ± 0.90)and active straight knee raising(2.67 ± 0.47)are higher;the trunk stable push-ups(1.13 ± 0.60)and trunk rotation stability(1.63 ± 0.56)have lower individual scores.However,the correlation analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between these four individual items and athletes’ injuries(P> 0.05).This was related to female subjects,whose shoulders and legs were relatively flexible,and their upper limbs and core strength were relatively weak.Big relationship.(2)This paper calculates the critical value of the FMS comprehensive score for predicting sports injury in the test population is 14.5 points,which is slightly different from the 14-point standard given abroad,but the FMS test scores are all integer scores,which also shows that The 14-point standard value can be borrowed for the FMS comprehensive score of the college sunshine women basketball team players to predict sports injuries.(3)Correlation analysis showed that there were significant differences between the scores of the two individual tests of squat and straight lunge and whether the players were injured in sports(P <0.05).And the sports injury discriminant formula obtained by using the two influencing factors of squat and straight lunge has reached a diagnostic accuracy of 95.8%,which is higher than the comprehensive score for predicting sports injury.This also shows that the 7 test items of the comprehensive score of the FMS test are not completely applicable to all populations and sports.Therefore,when performing injury risk prediction,we are best to combine the comprehensive score with the single score for double prediction.In order to save more test costs,we can also use the most relevant single-term scores to quickly make conclusions about whether sports injuries are likely to occur through a discriminant formula.
