The article researched the last two steps approach and takeoff of some male pole-vaulters first by the instrument of kinescoping in Sports Biomechanics.Some conclusions are as follows:1 The partial male pole-vaulters of our country have certain gap about the height of grip and jumping over,the stiffness of pole,compared with the world excellent male pole-vaulters.Especially the height of jumping over of the male pole-vaulters of our country is more poor.2 Therunning speed of the majority pole-vaulters was slower in the object of study.In addition to improving the technique of approach and the running rhythm,quickening the sprint speed is an important method.The loss of horizontal speed was bigger compared with the world excellent male pole-vaulters.Therefore,It is our direction of future making great efforts continued improving the technique of approach,establishing and stabilizing the appropriate takeoff point,improving body posture of takeoff,consolidating the act consciousness of "free takeoff",in order to reduce the loss of horizontal speed in the process of takeoff.3 The jumping angle of the center of gravity of the partial male pole-vaulters of our country was markedly big compared with the excellent pole-vaulters abroad.It has certain relation that the over-restriction of pole to the body's free degree of movement ahead in the process of takeoff.Those are some important factors improving the jumping angle of the center of gravity in the takeoff continued emphasizing the full stretch of the upper arm in the lift-pole,quickening the speed of the lift-pole,correcting the act conception of forcing and pressing pole, increasing the free degree of takeoff ahead,as well as not too stressing the bend of pole in the takeoff.4 Yang yansheng is a young excellent pole-vaulter of our country came forth in the near future.After analysis,he was close to the world excellent athlete in the height of grip,the running speed and so on, besides his some technical index also had exceeded the national pole-vaulters in the object of study.At present,his existent great problems were that the rhythm of approach in the last phase is not too active,the extending of the takeoff leg is not enough,the position of takeoff point has a little front relatively,the pole still has obviously bend at takeoff,the loss of horizontal speed in the process of takeoff is rather great.Improved those aspects,he will possess more developmental potential.
