Research purposes: by shooting,our country outstanding female pole vaulter li ling’s video game,on the basis of predecessors’ recognized pole vault,kinematics indexes of some of the column techniques of li ling run-up and take-off parsing,through to our country outstanding female pole vaulter li ling in 2019 Shanghai diamond league video technology analysis,to find li ling run-up and take-off link problems at present stage,summarizes its current technical characteristics,find out the advantages and disadvantages,explore is beneficial to the improvement of the technological factors,representative of the conclusions.Combined with the results of li ling’s FMS functional and motor tests,this paper aims to provide new ideas and methods for li ling’s special techniques and training plans.Research methods: this paper analyzed the video data of li ling’s competition through the methods of literature review,expert interview,understanding the technical indicators related to pole vault,video shooting,video analysis,mathematical statistics and other research methods.The results of the study :(1)li ling ran faster on the whole,and her average pace of the last 15 meters was more than 8 meters/second,which reached the world-class excellent level.The last four steps of the run-up were gradually accelerated on the whole.The speed of the last step was 8.76 m/s.The speed of the second to last step is slightly lower than the speed of the last step,indicating that li ling takes off actively,but the speed difference of the last two steps is too large,indicating that li ling’s last two steps have unreasonable run-up rhythm;(2)the average length of the second to last step in li ling’s approach is 1.97,and the average length of the last step is 1.96 meters.The average length of the second to last step is smaller than that of the last step,which is a positive performance of the high-level staff.However,according to the data of li ling’s seven jumps,the difference of the last two steps in li ling’s approach is smaller.(3)li ling has a strong take-off movement and a reasonable suspension movement.She fully converts the kinetic energy obtained from the run-up into the elastic potential energy of the pole,and the pole has a large bending Angle.However,the pendulum link is not strong enough,and the proportion of work done by the pendulum link to the bending of the pole is small,so it is necessary to strengthen the upper and lower limbs and the ability to control the body in the air.(4)at the moment of take-off,the distance between the projection point of the upper handshake and the take-off point is relatively large;The take-off speed and hole insertion time are in accordance with the technical standards of the project;(5)hanging on the pole and swinging body.The lifting of the leg meets the movement requirements,and the pushing of the pole should be strengthened.(6)in the FMS test of li ling,it was found that li ling had the valgus problem of her left ankle;Upper body strength is better,waist and abdomen strength is weaker;The stability of scapula and trunk in multi-dimension is poor.Hip joint flexibility and motion control is poor.Research conclusion :(1)in the technical training of li ling,it is necessary to strengthen the training of the speed and length of the two steps after li ling’s approach,the training of the accuracy of li ling’s take-off point,and the training of li ling’s rod pushing.In order to prevent injury and injury,li ling’s ankle strength,shoulder blade and trunk should be strengthened in the physical training,and her back chain strength training should be enhanced.(2)the formulation and arrangement of training plans for athletes should be based on the actual situation and the needs of athletes at different stages.For athletes with risk of injury,training plans should take into account both technical improvement and injury prevention,and the training of physical fitness and technical training should be closely combined to maximize the training effect. |
