Theoretical And Empirical Studies Of School Sports Insurance

Physical education of school is an important part in school education, especially in the comprehensive implementation of quality education today.The increasing attention being paid to the PE,it turns more colorful.However,over the past few years due to various reasons,students taking part in school sports have injuries and accidents,the resulting economic,legal disputes followed in its wake,not only have a negative impact to PE,but also cause tremendous physical and mental harm to students and parents,or even physical education teachers also have a lot of troubles.Now because of the absence of legal protection,no effective mechanism,coupled with public pressure,schools only can prevent negatively.Many schools canceled confrontational strong and risk sport, or even prohibit students from school playground for free activities. It is a helpless faced to us.Although the sports in campus have tutorship and help from PE teachers,the unexpected accident is not the willing of people.It is necessary to the development of PE,but also the prevention of accidents caused by sports injuries,just in case,we can use insurance features, providing financial security for students.In recent years,as market of sports in China make the gradual development,sports insurance industry has just started,but its principal insurance products are also provided for professional athletes, and the overall backwardness,school sports insurance can be said to be non-existent.This is long-term economic plan under the conditions of the insurance awareness of the country's sports system and the people behind are inseparable.The safety of students and students insurance has become the problem,that all we toghther need to resolve the issue with insurance companies.The author issued a total of 400 questionnaires of four university students in Taiyuan,Shanxi Province and the combination of large insurance and legal aspects related to the analysis of literature,with students investigations on accidents occurred,the basic situation students learn the sport on their own insurance protection and the level of understanding reference to the Japanese school sports insurance payments,given the feasibility of developing the insurance market in China's sports schools countermeasures vigorously explore the importance of the development of school sports insurance.We believe that with the development of sports insurance,the insurance needs of school sports will be further deepened,and the daily life of students have become increasingly close.School sports depend on the development of social insurance,schools and businesses to work together to strengthen the publicity and to raise awareness of insurance. School sports great market potential in the types of insurance that will be more attractive place for insurers to own eyes,vigorously developing different types to meet the needs of students and the community and achieving a "double-win" results.We should also strive to create a harmonious school sports.
