In this thesis,the fundamental laws on the Habermas's communication theory,and the background bases on building Harmonious society and the holding of the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing,as well as using the concept of the media,coaches,causes and countermeasures for the basic structural framework to analyze the basic issues between the Chinese sports coaches and the media,and learn from successful examples overseas. To create a mode between coaches and the media by building a background of life-world,can use language as the main intermediary and other methods, and the principle of authenticity,validity and sincerity to achieve understanding and cooperation.The communication is not only the mode of existence of man,but also the activity of man,communicative action means using language for intermediary,understanding for target,through understanding and exchanges to reach a consensus,so as to achieve cooperation and coordination between different bodies.The social intercourse is the entity of existence,exchanges and contacts of man.Habermas holds that the life-world is a place which actors have been contacts between the field,it includes cultural,social,personality three aspects,it's establishment needs to work together through the form of language between the two sides.Public Sphere and sports public relations have worked on the establishment of life-world.In the process of the establishment of life-world between coaches and media,coaches should focus on initiative and enthusiasm,and understanding of the needs of the media.Language plays a fundamental role in Habermas's communication theory, including requirements for intelligibility,authenticity,validity and sincerity,which was Habermas called "communicative rationality".There are some examples of communicative rationality when coaches deal with the media in this thesis,the concrete manifestations were preparation before the interview,the words,act and even dress and so on during an interview.
