Theory of communicative behavior is a strong academic life-flavor, their research has rich, solid philosophy, education theoretical background. It is the process of mutual exchange, interaction, mutual communication of material and spiritual of Interaction between individuals, which demonstrated the fullness of the psychological activity and personality of equality, sharing, competition, cooperation, conflict, understanding, tolerance in the minds equality; it played, eventually, "Everyone in society to grow, in order to complete the individual personality of the 'identity' an important role in socialization." Conduct educational activities in the interaction between individuals is the process of the spirit of education, communication and spiritual collisions, which includes the intellectual content of the teaching, life meaning in mind, will act laws and regulations on the activities of all the needs of people to participate and promote the healthy development process. Therefore, the communicative behavior is a kind of paradigm of education.But in reality, the exchanges also have the negative side, such as the need for interaction is limited, there are all sorts of pressure contacts, psychological disorders and a number of brutal bad habit, so contacts in the educational practice does not necessarily produce a practical effect of education of "To meet the spiritual needs, spiritual enlightenment right, a blend of emotions, democracy, equality, and achieving individual value of life, etc." advocated by the philosophy. Therefore, as Germany's most prestigious contemporary philosophers, sociologists, one of the thinkers, the second generation of the Frankfurt School of the most important representative of Habermas, and his theory of communicative action brought us a new perspective of new understanding of education and the people of education in the world the door to re-education and education in the world. The author explained the education with a new perspective under his communicative rationality, discourse ethics, life-world. From the education level, with the communicative action theory to examine and design educational practices and maintain contacts the tension between the ideal and reality, we have a rational position for contemporary education. In this way, communicative action theory can take root in educational practice.These are the idea of writing this article, the main contents of the article can be divided into four parts:the first chapter described the source of the theory of Communicative Action; the second chapter described the basic content of the theory of Communicative Action; the third chapter discussed the educational activities communication behavior, discusses education is a special kind of communication behavior; the fourth chapter discussed the theory of communicative action to the significance of contemporary education.
