College Students In Management, Theory Of Communicative Action Perspective

In the view of The Theory Of Communicative Action, we've found out that there are several main problems in the management of the students in the normal schools after we conducted adequate investigation into a school of that kind: l.The tendency of instrumental rationality in the management of the students. 2.The deformation and alienation of the main parts in the management of the students. 3. The obstruction in the communication. 4. The diversion between the management and the reality. To seek the ways to solve the problems, it's necessary to carry out an effective and communicative management system in the normal schools: The management of the students should aim at the students themselves, take dialogue as it's main mean, go back to the life world, and emphasize the development of the intersubjectivity as well. Furthermore, we would put forward the following strategies for the operation: l.Set up a democratic system of the management; 2.Build a comprehensive system of communication; 3.Tolerance procures the understanding; 4.Exploit the expected content of the management; 5.Strengthen the intercourse between the teachers and the students in the management; 6.Eliminate the irrational center.
